At Latin Women in Action, we work hard to serve our community and support those in need of help with immigration and legal protection. When it comes to immigration and citizenship, all cases are overseen by our pro-bono attorney, Farzad Siman. Please contact our office at 1-718-478-2972 for free telephone consultation. In person consultation fee is $30.
Citizenship
- Application for Naturalization
- (UCSCIS Fee - $760.00 (zero if you qualify for waiver)
Renewal of Green Card
- (USCIS Fee - $465.00) or $415. online (zero if you qualify for waiver)
Employment Authorization
- Employment authorization allows foreign nationals to work in the U.S. without restrictions
- (UCSIS Fee - $ Depends category (zero if you qualify for waiver)
Relative Petition
- Petitions are used by lawful permanent residents who wish to help relatives immigrate to the United States
- (UCSIS Fee - $675.00 or $625.00 if online) (zero if you qualify for waiver)
Deportations
- If you are in the process of being deported, we can help. Contact our office for legal assistance.
